Harold Dow, CBS News Correspondent, Died at 62
World Sunday, August 22nd, 2010Harold Dow died at 62 years old suddenly on this Saturday morning in New Jersey. Harold Dow is CBS News correspondent who well known because its documentary program “48 Hours.” With its 48 Hours program, Dow got George Foster Peabody Award and five Emmys.
Harold Dow was born in Hackensack, New Jersey. Dow passed its college at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Harold Dow had been a reporter and anchor at Theta Cable TV in Santo Monica, California. Dow was also a news anchor for WPAT Radio in Paterson, New Jersey, freelance reporter for KCOP-TV in Los Angeles and a co-anchor, reporter, talk-show host for KETV-TV in Omaha, Nebraska.
He entered CBS News in 1972 and become a senior reporter on CBS News.
